Jinju Jedo (Anikatian 진주 제도) officially Jinju Jedo Autonomous Region (Anikatian: 진주 제도 자치구), is an autonomous region of Anikatia, with its capital at Kasutano.

History

Jinju Jedo was one of the early settlement areas, it became a centre of Ulthrannic colonial influence in the 16th through 19th centuries. It increased the contact and trade relations between early Anikatian states and the rest of the world. Despite the mutual advantages derived from these trading contacts, which would soon be acknowledged by all parties involved. The Capital Kasutano occasionally written as Castaño derives its names from the Ulthrannic conquistadora Maria Lucila Castaño known as the The Iron Duchess of AnikatiaThe region was known as the Islas de Perla in the Ulthrannic language and is still today occasionally referred to as such.

Location

Jinju Jedo made up of a collection of islands situated along the northern coast of the Anikatian mainland.

The area of Jinju Jedo is renowned for its rich tropical landscape and unique cultural mix of Ulthrannic and Anikatian background. It is known primary for its agricultural produce, mainly its fish and seafood.

The main cities in the autonomous regions are Kasutano (the regional capital).

Climate

The climate lies in the tropical climate zone, in summer along with the higher temperature and there is high humidity, but in winter the weather can be cool.
