Major General Sir Elliot Testarossa GCB, PR, CMG, GEO, GOH (14 July 1907 - 23 February 2003) was Rubrumian senior officer. He is remembered for his roles commanding the Rubrumian forces during the Middle East Campaign and the Asianna and the Pacific Campaign of the Second Europan War. He is also known for his close relationship with Erebonian General Brian Regnitz, co-serving with him in the ERUAC Forces.
