Teletha Testarossa (24 December 1994) is a Rubrumian-Concordian officer currently serving in the Auxiliary Territorial Service Corps, a branch of the Lucis Army for Women. She is known for being clumsy and careless of herself. She has a habit of sleepwalking. She and Taletha Tsukimi are constantly fighting with Tsukimi getting the upper hand on most of their arguments. She also has feelings for Zanarkian Commander Richard Philip Todd even after He had gotten married.
Early Life
Military Career
She was first stationed as a Petty Officer in the Rubrumian Navy and by the age of 16, She rose to the rank of Captain after she transferred to the ATS. From 2012 to 2013, She served in the Naval branch of the ATS. She was very talented in chemistry and was eventually recommended for a transfer to the Chemist branch of the ATS but she refused, stating that her life belongs to the basic unit of the ATS branch. Ever since the ATS had the branch for the Communications branch open in 2013, She became one of the longest serving officers in the Communications branch even longer than Saori Suzushiro, who transferred to the Communications branch in 2014.
She eventually took command of her first and only military unit, the 4th Regiment of the ATS Alterra Brigade after her friend Taletha Tsukimi had been mortally wounded after taking a shrapnel that disabled her walking abilities, there by discharging her.
Personal Life
During the RUZANAK Exercises of 2013, She reunited with her childhood friend, Richard Philip Todd and becomes open with her feelings from him but Richard, nonetheless refused to acknowledge it citing his tragic past. Ever since, The two maintain an intimate relationship, going even as far as Teletha kissing him. When Richard met Myung-dae and Akino, She develops rivalries with them over Richard. Despite Myung-dae winning in the end, She continues her intimacy with him. She became the godmother of Richard's son and his surrogate daughter, Yuno Gasai.
She has a rivalry with Taletha Tsukimi, often criticizing her way of managing the ATS and felt that Darzana, her former commanding officer could have done a better job but since then, The two became friends. Teletha replaced her as commanding officer of the 4th Regiment after Taletha was wounded by a shrapnel that ended her military career while Aria Suzukaze took over the 3rd Regiment. Currently, The two maintain a friendly atmosphere.
