Each federal subject has its own head of government, whether a single executive, directorial system, or a diarchy in the case of Lamotis, a congress, and judicial system. Along with this, each federal subject has its own constitution, legislation, and sometimes legal codes. Subjects have equal representation – one representative each – in the Directory, while their citizens are represented in the unicameral National Congress.
