Vovilveante is by far the largest city in Hiblund, containing a population of 8,483,000 people, which is 21% of Hiblund's entire population. The city is also one of the economic powerhouses in Anteria, having numerous major companies' headquarters in the city. Vovilveante is also southwest of the independent region of Vovilveante NCD, which is the capital area for Hiblund and does not have a defined population, as no one actually lives there. Vovilveante is also a separate province in Hiblund, going by Realsh Vovilveante when referring to the province. Vovilveante is also home to very rich Hiblundiiun culture in entertainment, featuring top sports teams, art galleries, churches, and much more.

Economy

Vovilveante is the core of Hiblund and has great influence upon neighboring countries when it comes to economy. Numerous big-time companies take Vovilveante as its home.

Although Vovilveante's recognition as headquarters for companies spreads far throughout, the most notable is the powerhouse car manufacturer Sabertooth. Sabertooth is known almost worldwide for its quality automobiles, the types ranging from everyday yet hintingly luxorious cars to exotic and powerful sportscars. The company's founding location is not far from the city itself, being in the neighboring township of Bernveralt.
