The Nortuan Congress is the legislative body of the Alliance of Nortuan States. It started its work in June 1989 immediately after the establishment of the ANS. The seat of the congress is in the Elbresian capital Allengin.
History
Composition
Each member nation sends 6 delegates from its own ranks to attend Nortuan Congress sessions. Since 2012, the Nortuan Congress has 84 seats. The president of the congress is elected from among the members of the congress for 4 years.
