Major General Sir Elliot Testarossa GCB, PR, CMG, GEO, GOH (14 July 1907 - 23 February 2003) was Rubrumian senior officer. He is remembered for his roles commanding the Rubrumian forces during the Middle East Campaign and the Asianna and the Pacific Campaign of the Second Europan War. He is also known for his close relationship with Erebonian General Brian Regnitz, co-serving with him in the ERUAC Forces.
Testarossa had initially served at the Europan Theatre Campaign during EWII under the command of EWI hero Marshal Murakamo Susaya, in which Testarossa had been a corps commander under him. Testarossa specialised in unconventional means of conducting warfare, placing heavy emphasis on offensive means to conduct defensive operations rather than by conventional means (i.e. siege). Testarossa also mastered the abilities of blunting surprise enemy thrusts by getting as close to the enemy as possible to destroy them, something which his commanding officer, Marshal Susaya had excelled in during EWI. He was later paired up with General Regnitz during the Middle East Campaign, where the ERUAC forces were successful in blunting Imperial thrusts and attacks. Historians have regarded Testarossa as one of EWII's best commanders in the field, having employed efficient methods to blunt Imperial thrusts and mastering the art of close quarters warfare to bog down offensives.
