The 2023 Rizealand Federation Council election in Assimia will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2023, for the purposes of filling Assimia's first seat on the Federation Council. As part of the 2023 Rizealand elections, it will be held concurrently with a nationwide presidential election and elections to the Rizealand House of Representatives. The incumbent, Fed Councilor Samuel Price, is seeking reelection to a third term of office as the nominee for the National Progress Coalition and will be facing off against the Tripartite Nationalist Coalition's Eva Chapman in the general election. If no candidate receives more than fifty percent of the vote, a runoff election will be held to determine the winner.
NPC primary
On March 4, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Assimia in which a total of five candidates sought the nomination for Assimia's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Fed Councilor Samuel Price (incumbent), Zak Stevens (small business owner), Freddie Collins (environmental engineer), Jack Anderson (union organizer), and Guy Hémery (environmental activist). Price won the nomination outright after receiving 86.82% of the vote.
On March 4, 2023, the TNC held party caucuses in Assimia in which a total of seven candidates sought the nomination for Assimia's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Eva Chapman (political activist and perennial candidate), Rory Greene (small business owner), Brandon Sharp (pastor), Teddy Cunningham (mayor of Defiance), and Noah Boland (small business owner). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between Chapman and Greene as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. Chapman won the nomination after receiving 53.49% of the runoff vote.

They included Dylan O'Mellan (floor leader for the Sotirian Democrats in the Assimia State Assembly), Robert Burke (Army veteran and entrepreneur), Tamara Woya (pastor), Harry Thompson (small business owner), and Benedita Vieira (pastor). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between O'Mellan and Burke as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. O'Mellan won the nomination after receiving 62.61% of the runoff vote.

They included Vira Dovhan (college professor) and Jackson Ross (small business owner). Dovhan won the nomination outright after receiving 76.18% of the vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Sotiropher McCarthy, a National Republican, received the TNC's nomination for Cahoka's first seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.

Incumbent Fed Councilor Matthew Dubois of the Conservative Reform Party received the TNC's nomination for Cahoka's second seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.

On February 11, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Charlotte in which a total of eight candidates sought the nomination for Charlotte's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Marie Gauthier (First Chamber Opposition Leader in the Charlotte Senate), Sarah Boutroux (Charlotte parish senator), Charles Tiernan (business executive), Roger Corne (former First Chamber Opposition Leader in the Charlotte Senate), Daya Gharapure (business executive), Isaac Murphy (Charlotte state senator), Sawaya Morio (small business owner), and Stan Zakrevsky (lawyer). Gauthier won the nomination outright after receiving 51.80% of the vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Ryan MacCormack of the Conservative Reform Party received the TNC's nomination for Charlotte's first seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.

They included Geneviève Gérard (First ChamberDemocrat Leader in the Charlotte Senate), Jack Robertson (Navy veteran), Sabrina Boudon (Charlotte parish senator), Virgil Rebelo (college professor), and Cezar Brito (labor activist). Gérard won the nomination outright after receiving 51.33% of the vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Evan Adams, a Sotirian Democrat, received the TNC's nomination for Charlotte's second seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.
Fael (1st seat)

On February 18, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Fael in which a total of three candidates sought the nomination for Fael's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Alda Águas (labor activist), Ellen Gorman (Tionól member), and Mollie Gilfoyle (accountant). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between Águas and Gorman as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. Gorman won the nomination after receiving 51.12% of the runoff vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Rosie McDonald, a Sotirian Democrat, received the TNC's nomination for Fael's first seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.

On February 18, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Fael in which a total of twelve candidates sought the nomination for Fael's second seat in the Federation Council. They included Calvin Wiltshire (Tionól Opposition Leader), Austin Broderick (small business owner), Ana Monteiro (labor activist), Myles MacKeon (lawyer), Deana Bullock (journalist), Bill Quinn (Tionól member), Nela Luz (Tionól member), Senan Kilroy (small business owner), Adalberto Torres (lawyer), Michael Cousteau (doctor), Roland Silveira (pastor), and Dominik Fagan (lawyer and environmental activist). Wiltshire won the nomination outright after receiving 80.02% of the vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Luke Porter of the Conservative Reform Party received the TNC's nomination for Fael's second seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.
Lothicania (1st seat)

On March 25, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Lothicania in which a total of two candidates sought the nomination for Lothicania's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Fed Councilor Nicholas George (incumbent) and Olivia Allen (lawyer and activist). George won the nomination outright after receiving 79.81% of the vote.
Nancy Filardo of the Conservative Reform Party, a CNN television host, received the TNC's nomination for Lothicania's first seat in the Federation Council after being the only candidate to seek the nomination.

On March 25, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Lothicania in which a total of four candidates sought the nomination for Lothicania's second seat in the Federation Council. They included Fed Councilor Marcela Carbajal Noboa (incumbent), Maria Zamboni (television news anchor), Raha Almasi (Green activist), and Bob West (perennial candidate). Carbajal Noboa won the nomination outright after receiving 71.65% of the vote.
On March 25, 2023, the TNC held primary elections in Lothicania in which a total of 10 candidates sought the nomination for Lothicania's second seat in the Federation Council. They included Ashton Butler (real estate investor), Laura Robinson (civil engineer), Jonathan Davidson (small business owner), Fausto Carneiro (IT services consultant), Lucas Young (engineering consultant), Arnold Pozza (entrepreneur), Yvonne Boffrand (small busines owner), Anthony Donohoe (political activist), Ethan Morini (retail worker), and Benny Buzitu (computer engineer). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between Butler and Robinson as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. Butler won the nomination after receiving 71.20% of the runoff vote.
On February 25, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Lyhoming in which a total of six candidates sought the nomination for Lyhoming's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Jack Stewart (former Mayor of McDowell), Shane MacCoglan (teachers' union leader), Zak Lindblad (lawyer), Archie Hopkins (farmer), Caleb McDonald (truck driver), and Alfie Davis (LGBT rights activist). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between Stewart and MacCoglan as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. Stewart won the nomination after receiving 53.05% of the runoff vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor William Fraser of the Conservative Reform Party received the TNC's nomination for Lyhoming's first seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.

On February 25, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Lyhoming in which a total of twelve candidates sought the nomination for Lyhoming's second seat in the Federation Council. They included Camila Santos (Lyhoming State Assembly Opposition Leader), Elliot Berry (Lyhoming state legislator), Gláucia Saldanha (labor rights activist), Abigail Gray (lawyer), Jessica Armstrong (lawyer), Sebastian Richards (lawyer), Iria Gonsalves (Green activist), Bill Barrett (small business owner), Josh Harvey (police officer), Amir Conejero (investment banker), Dustin Haynes (Lyhoming state legislator), and Brandon Matthews (teacher). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between Santos and Berry as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. Santos won the nomination after receiving 53.25% of the runoff vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Nathan Cox, a National Republican, received the TNC's nomination for Lyhoming's second seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.
New Estmere (1st seat)

On April 1, 2023, a nonpartisan blanket primary election was held for New Estmere's first seat in the Federation Council. A total of eighteen candidates participated. The candidates with the top three highest percentages of the vote advanced to the general election on October 1, 2023, including Fed Councilor Toby Duncan (incumbent), Kayla Jeffcoat (doctor), and Justin Messier (small business owner).
On April 1, 2023, a nonpartisan blanket primary election was held for New Estmere's second seat in the Federation Council. A total of twenty-five candidates participated. The candidates with the top three highest percentages of the vote advanced to the general election on October 1, 2023, including Fed Councilor Oliver Russell (incumbent), Amy Morris (journalist), and Fred Murray (police officer).
On February 4, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Providence in which a total of seven candidates sought the nomination for Providence's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Lucas Gaumont (media entrepreneur), Benjamin Dejesus (Mayor of South Bend), Kaitlynn Thomas (Providence state legislator), Sara Williamson (civil rights lawyer), Owen Simpson (retired Army officer), Diogo Valente (Providence state legislator), and Zofia O'Toole (environmental activist). Gaumont won the nomination outright after receiving 52.13% of the vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Jordan Watts of the Conservative Reform Party received the TNC's nomination for Providence's first seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.
Providence (2nd seat)

On February 4, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Providence in which a total of nine candidates sought the nomination for Providence's second seat in the Federation Council. They included Carol Peltier (Speaker of the Providence General Assembly), Naomi Cooper (prosecutor), Sam Stromberg (Providence state legislator), Megan Lawrence (small business owner), Isabel Campbell (small business owner), Sarah Palmerston (doctor), George St. Clair (college professor), Sean Andrews (lawyer and former federal prosecutor), and Denis Burov (Providence state legislator). Peltier won the nomination outright after receiving 67.55% of the vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Joel Dixon, a Sotirian Democrat, received the TNC's nomination for Providence's second seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.
San Andreas (1st seat)

On April 8, 2023, a nonpartisan blanket primary election was held for San Andreas's first seat in the Federation Council. A total of thirty-one candidates participated. The candidates with the top three highest percentages of the vote advanced to the general election on October 1, 2023, including Fed Councilor Bradley Williamson (incumbent), Antonio Costa (Los Santos city councilor), and Darren Darcey (business executive).
On April 8, 2023, a nonpartisan blanket primary election was held for San Andreas's second seat in the Federation Council. A total of twenty candidates participated. The candidates with the top three highest percentages of the vote advanced to the general election on October 1, 2023, including Fed Councilor Aaron O'Hara (incumbent), Henry Noske (lawyer), and Elliot Patel (doctor).
On March 11, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in the Capital Territory in which a total of four candidates sought the nomination for the Capital Territory's seat in the Federation Council. They included Fed Councilor Clarissa Delon (incumbent), Kieran Spencer (environmental activist), Aimee Reynolds (social justice activist), and Erick Vitvinin (civil rights lawyer). Delon won the nomination outright after receiving 83.39% of the vote.
Jens Lindblad, a National Republican political activist, received the TNC's nomination for the Capital Territory's seat on the Federation Council after being the only candidate to seek the nomination.
Onnohou Nation (1st seat)

On February 11, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in the Onnohou Nation in which Fed Councilor Frank Delannoy (incumbent) was the sole candidate to seek the nomination for the Onnohou Nation's first seat in the Federation Council. Having run unopposed, Delannoy received the nomination outright.
On March 11, 2023, the TNC held party caucuses in the Onnohou Nation in which a total of three candidates sought the nomination for the Onnohou Nation's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Zachary Degotoga (political activist), Nicholas Atohi (farmer), and Lydia Awenasa (casino employee). Degotoga won the nomination outright after receiving 50.29% of the caucuses vote.
On February 11, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in the Onnohou Nation in which a total of two candidates sought the nomination for Onnohou Nation's second seat in the Federation Council. They included Fed Councilor Colin Mitchell (incumbent) and Ryan Tsiyi (Onnohou National Assembly staffer). Mitchell won the nomination outright after receiving 64.17% of the vote.
Logan Wesa, a National Republican business owner, received the TNC's nomination for the Onnohou Nation's second seat on the Federation Council after being the only candidate to seek the nomination.
St. Ellen

On March 11, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in St. Ellen in which a total of two candidates sought the nomination for St. Ellen's seat in the Federation Council. They included Kam Seul-Ki (former St. Ellen Legislative Assembly Opposition Leader) and Ashleigh West (St. Ellen Legislative Assembly Opposition Leader). Kam won the nomination outright after receiving 55.44% of the vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Benjamin Caffrey, a National Republican, received the TNC's nomination for St. Ellen's seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.
