The Royal Marine Corps (Iravian: Korps Rijksmarinier KRM) (RMC) is a branch of the Atmoran Armed Forces responsible for conducting land-based expeditionary combat operations, using the mobility provided by the Royal Atmoran Navy to rapidly deliver forces. The Royal Marines trace the origins back to the Koninklijke Regiment Grenadiers van de Marine (Royal Regiment of Naval Grenadiers) of the Royal Lieseltanian Navy during the Thirty Years' War with the Vyatichi Empire and the Atmoran Catholic League in 1673. The first marine commando unit was established in 17 April 1943 by Grand Admiral Prince Jan-Pieter van Hossen during the Atmoran Civil War.

The Royal Marines remain a part of the Her Majesty's Naval Service, as the rapid reaction force to be deployed anywhere around the world. Proficient in expeditionary warfare, amphibious warfare, coastal reconnaissance, jungle warfare, arctic warfare, mountain warfare, and commando-style raiding the Royal Marines are an elite force. As of 2016, the Royal Marines have 106,760 active duty marines and 19,345 personnel in reserves.
