The 2007 World Cup, also called the 2007 Piva World Cup, was an international football tournament contested by men's national teams which took place between 9 April to 16 April, 1994 in Piva, Durnstaal. It was the 22nd World Cup, a worldwide football tournament held once every year. The tournament phase involved 32 teams, of which all came through qualifying competitions at the start of the event from an original 64 national teams. At the time, it was one of the most watched sporting events in the history of the world.

31 national teams advanced through qualification competitions to join the host nation in the final tournament, with a total of 64 matches played. Cadair won the final match, becoming the second team to win back-to-back World Cups after Zamastan.

64 competing countries were divided into eight groups of eight teams (groups A to H). Teams in each group played one another in a round-robin best two-out-of-three, with the top four teams advancing to the knockout stage with the Round of 32.
