The Kingdom of Lieseltania (Dutch: Koninkrijk Lieseltanië; Voshanskya: Kaninkrejč Lizeltanije; Vozhski: Karalieŭstva Lizieĺtanija) is a Atmoran kingdom, is located in Eastern Atmora. It was the driving force behind the unification of Atmora in 1812 and is the leading state of the Atmoran Empire. Although it took its name from the region called Lieseltania, it is based in the Duchy of Wolf, where its capital was Brühl. It is home to the nation's capital city, Alexandria, and the nation's most populous city, Pruzhana.
Etymology and terminology
Geography
Lieseltania is located in Central Halkeginia stretching north to south across Eastern Atmora, Lieseltania shares an international border with Vozh in the northeast along the Angara River and Sayan Mountains. To the north is the Sedna Sea and the Pyasina Bay in the northwest. With the Kruotic Ocean north of the Salikuit Islands. To the south Lieseltania borders along the Halkeginian Sea and the Karthian Sea in the southwest. Lieseltania borders a total of seven states, Huldenberg to the north and west; Guldenhof in the west. Lower Silesia and Lyria in the southeast, and Doorn to the south and east. Additionally on the Gambrean Peninsula, Lieseltania borders the states of Rothenburg and Brandenburg in the southwest.

Government
The Lieseltanian State Government consists of the Minister President of Lieseltania who chairs the State Executive alongside twelve Crown Ministers and nine Secretaries of State. The Queen of Lieseltania appoints the State Executive from the party that controls the States Assembly. The Queen of Lieseltania appoints the Ministers upon the advice of the Minister President. Administrative divisions
Lieseltania is made up of sixteen provinces each with an elected States-Provincial (Provinciale Staten) who then elects the Provincial Deputation (Provinciale Deputatie) the executive body comprised of seven to twelve deputies. The Queen's Commissioner (Commissaris des Koningin) is appointed by the Monarch on advice of the Minister President of Lieseltania. The Queen's Commissioner chairs the States-Provincial and the Deputation. Each province is further divided into administrative arrondissements (Bestuurlijke arrondissementen) overseen by a Arrondissement commissioner (Arrondissementscommissaris) responsible for public security, general administration, public registry, tasks delegated by the Queen's Commissioner and reporting on escalating events in his area of responsibility. Additionally each arrondissement is made of several municipalities (gemeenten)
