The Obsidian Hand is a criminal syndicate in the Talin Galaxy. The syndicate maintains bases on many planets, operating mainly in the Outer Band and Tampina Arm outside of the jurisdiction of the Galactic Union, but having significant underworld presences on Union planets like Aciorus, Haivis, and Kicceon. Obsidian Hand has beneficial, though oftentimes contentious, relations with other crime organizations such as the Idir Collective and Citt Syndicate.
