Heinz Frank Dimmler (14 April 1871 - 6 July 1965) was a Besmenian statesman who served as the second Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Besmenia (East Besmenia) from 1924 to 1940. He was co-founder and until 1955 first leader of the Besmenian People's Party (BVP) , a Christian Democratic party that under his leadership became one of the most influential parties in the country.
In 1915 he wrote the book Wealth for the People in he In this popularly written title, Dimmler outlined his ideas about a market economy, called Social market economy, where, on the basis of the competitive economy, free initiative must be linked to social progress that is secured by economic performance. After Dimmler became Prime Minister in 1924 his government introduced the social market economy in 1925. As a result, the Federal Republic of Besmenia developed from a poor agar state to a rich industrial state.
