Silver Sabre of Valor
Awarding and eligibility
The Silver Anchor can be award more than once to the same recipient. If an individual receives more than one Silver Anchor then the ribbon would display the appropriate amount of Rosetón devices.
Qualifying conflicts and periods
The Silver Sabre of Valor award can only be issued during a declared war or emergency.
