The Imperial Navy Commendation Medal can only be awarded during peacetime
The Imperial Navy Commendation Medal can be award more than once to the same recipient. If an individual receives more than one Imperial Armed Forces Distinguished Service Award then the ribbon would display a Rosetón device.
