Xu Jinglei (19 October 2000) is a Taoyuanese officer currently serving in the Taoyuanese Armed Forces. She became a member of Task Force 141 after Field Marshal Kiriya Kitagawa decided the need to enlist a Taoyuanese operative and intelligence officer. Xu was assigned to lead the token force of Taoyuanese personnel that became a part of TF 141 as part of the International Law Enforcement and Special Operations Command. She is initially set aside for her young age and the initial impressions of her comrades but after seeing how she became a credible officer, she eventually became a highly respected member. She is known to easily throw a fit of rage, especially when either her flat chest or short height is concerned.
As Xu is born in 2000, she is the youngest member of the entire Task Force combined, as well as the youngest commissioned officer under ILESOC.
Early Life
Xu was born in Zhongzheng to a Taoyuanese father serving in the army and a Nihhonese mother. She is considered to be a child prodigy, skipping several grades, and graduating college at Beidao University at the age of only 14.
Military Career
She was scouted as a potential intelligence officer, where the Taoyuanese Secret Intelligence Agency used her wits to be able to provide key intelligence to foreign entities. Her superiors were impressed by her that she was eventually transferred to the army, where she served as an intelligence officer. Her contributions during the Imperial Crisis would not go unnoticed, as Lucian Field Marshal Kiriya Kitagawa would request for her during the Arachnid Drug War.
Wanting a much bigger role outside of her country, she accepted Marshal Kitagawa's offer and became a member of the International Law Enforcement and Special Operations Command, serving as a liaison officer to Teletha Testarossa.
