Storfirs Theodurik IX of Onneria is the current monarch and head of state of the Principality of Onneria, a component state of the United Kingdom of Ottonia. He is a member of the House of Heligsburg, and has ruled since November 2nd of 1996, during the final days of his father Tomus V of Onneria's terminal illness and following his death. He is married to Caroline of Ghant, who is an aunt of the current emperor of Ghant, with whom he has five children.
Through his grandmother, Vikturya Romm, Theodurik is first cousin to Firs Godwyn of Staalmark. He is second cousin to Latin Emperor Constantine XX of Latium. Through his sister, Ava, he is brother-in-law to Storkeneg Rodrik I.
