The 2023 Rizealand Federation Council election in Assimia will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2023, for the purposes of filling Assimia's first seat on the Federation Council. As part of the 2023 Rizealand elections, it will be held concurrently with a nationwide presidential election and elections to the Rizealand House of Representatives. The incumbent, Fed Councilor Samuel Price, is seeking reelection to a third term of office as the nominee for the National Progress Coalition and will be facing off against the Tripartite Nationalist Coalition's Eva Chapman in the general election. If no candidate receives more than fifty percent of the vote, a runoff election will be held to determine the winner.
NPC primary
On March 4, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Assimia in which a total of five candidates sought the nomination for Assimia's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Fed Councilor Samuel Price (incumbent), Zak Stevens (small business owner), Freddie Collins (environmental engineer), Jack Anderson (union organizer), and Guy Hémery (environmental activist). Price won the nomination outright after receiving 86.82% of the vote.
On March 4, 2023, the TNC held party caucuses in Assimia in which a total of seven candidates sought the nomination for Assimia's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Eva Chapman (political activist and perennial candidate), Rory Greene (small business owner), Brandon Sharp (pastor), Teddy Cunningham (mayor of Defiance), and Noah Boland (small business owner). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between Chapman and Greene as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. Chapman won the nomination after receiving 53.49% of the runoff vote.

After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between O'Mellan and Burke as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. O'Mellan won the nomination after receiving 62.61% of the runoff vote.

Incumbent Fed Councilor Sotiropher McCarthy, a National Republican, received the TNC's nomination for Cahoka's first seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.

Gauthier won the nomination outright after receiving 51.80% of the vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Ryan MacCormack of the Conservative Reform Party received the TNC's nomination for Charlotte's first seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.

They included Ashton Butler (real estate investor), Laura Robinson (civil engineer), Jonathan Davidson (small business owner), Fausto Carneiro (IT services consultant), Lucas Young (engineering consultant), Arnold Pozza (entrepreneur), Yvonne Boffrand (small busines owner), Anthony Donohoe (political activist), Ethan Morini (retail worker), and Benny Buzitu (computer engineer). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between Butler and Robinson as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. Butler won the nomination after receiving 71.20% of the runoff vote.
On February 25, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in Lyhoming in which a total of six candidates sought the nomination for Lyhoming's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Jack Stewart (former Mayor of McDowell), Shane MacCoglan (teachers' union leader), Zak Lindblad (lawyer), Archie Hopkins (farmer), Caleb McDonald (truck driver), and Alfie Davis (LGBT rights activist). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election was held between Stewart and MacCoglan as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023. Stewart won the nomination after receiving 53.05% of the runoff vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor William Fraser of the Conservative Reform Party received the TNC's nomination for Lyhoming's first seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.

They included Fed Councilor Colin Mitchell (incumbent) and Ryan Tsiyi (Onnohou National Assembly staffer). Mitchell won the nomination outright after receiving 64.17% of the vote.
Logan Wesa, a National Republican business owner, received the TNC's nomination for the Onnohou Nation's second seat on the Federation Council after being the only candidate to seek the nomination.
St. Ellen

On March 11, 2023, the NPC held primary elections in St. Ellen in which a total of two candidates sought the nomination for St. Ellen's seat in the Federation Council. They included Kam Seul-Ki (former St. Ellen Legislative Assembly Opposition Leader) and Ashleigh West (St. Ellen Legislative Assembly Opposition Leader). Kam won the nomination outright after receiving 55.44% of the vote.
Incumbent Fed Councilor Benjamin Caffrey, a National Republican, received the TNC's nomination for St. Ellen's seat in the Federation Council after facing no opposition.
