The Citt Syndicate, also known as the Citt Family, are spice traffickers active throughout the Talin Galaxy. Though administered by several species, the highest-ranked figures in the crime family are the Citt. They almost completely control the production of raw spice. The Syndicate has large influence and power over the Outer Band and Tampina Arm -- specifically its overspace lanes. They utilize smugglers and freighter captains to carry out and ensure spice deliveries.

In addition to spice, the Citt Syndicate also engage in the smuggling of sentient beings, for purposes ranging from illegal immigration to slavery. The Citts have beneficial, though oftentimes contentious, relations with other crime organizations such as the Idir Collective and Sable Sun. The Syndicate has a reputation for hiring bounty hunters to carry out riskier operations, including assassinations.
