Artjoms Jan Viliks (May 15, 1886 – October 11, 1930; aged 44) was a Hytekojuznik revolutionary communist, statesmen, guerrilla fighter and statesman who served as the first and only Grand Partisan of the Provisional Hytekojuznik People's Government during the Crimson Revolution between 1916 and 1917, and the first Chairman of the Communist Party of Hytekia between 1917 and 1930. Viliks was renowned for his hardline leadership and no-nonsense attitudes, and cracked down on many underground anti-communist societies during his rule, and formed the League of the Red Fists in 1919 to combat said societies. He pursued warm relations with the state of Arlyon, who he regularly referred to as "revolutionary brethren", and secluded Hytekojuznia from the rest of Erdara, pursuing many policies that undermined the nations of Erdara, particularly Mascylla, with Viliks and Hytekojuznia contributing heavily to the Mascyllary revolution and the downfall of the Mascyllary Kingdom.
