The coat of arms of Imagua and the Assimas is the official coat of arms of Imagua and the Assimas, adopted in 1937 after Estmere granted Imagua "equal partnership" status with Estmere. After its independence in 1948, the coat of arms has been maintained, and continues to be used to this day as a representative of Imaguan authority.

History

While this coat of arms was only adopted in 1937, coats of arms have been used to represent Imagua and the Assimas, in either whole or in part since its discovery by Eucleans in the late fifteenth century.

Under Caldian rule, the Royal coat of arms was used as a symbol of Imagua and the Assimas, with no alterations to reflect the rule. After Ordennya took over the islands and attached them to their colonial establishments in present-day Eldmark, the symbols used in Eldmark were also applied to Imagua and the Assimas.

After Estmere took over the island of Imagua, Estmere began to apply their symbols to Imagua. (TBC)

Design

According to the Arms Act of 1937, the coat of arms shall comprise of:

"A shield with the field parted per cross, with a Vert dexter chief, a Gules dexter base, a Sable sinister base, and a Gules sinister chief. Atop the estucheon shall be the crest, which shall be a mural crown to reflect the republican nature of Estmere and her Colony of Imagua."
