The Jungchuwon (Zhenian: 중추원/中秋院) is a governmental agency that handles the examination of government officials and civil service officers in Zhenia, while also exerting control over the nation's advanced academia. Intentionally designated as an independent governmental organization, it was established in respect of the pre-modern Zhenian system of examining imperial court members before the monarch, as well as the system of the monarch engaging in higher academic discussions alongside his aide-de-camps and ministers.

The name of the Jungchuwon is a mix between the Shindan's Jungshimwon (Zhenian: 중심원) and the Chunchuwon (Zhenian: 춘추원); the former being the government agency handling the examination of civil service workers, and the latter being the historical archives of the dynasty. Although the Jungchuwon no longer handles the function of storing the nation's historical archives, it retains its prestige in the examination of government officials and civil service, as well as representing the higher academia of the nation.
