Judiciary of Zhenia

The Supreme Court is at the highest level of the nation's justice system.

The Judiciary of Zhenia (Zhenian: 진화민국 법원) is the primary justice system of Zhenia. It consists of a system of politically-independent courts overseeing each cases at the hands of professional judges with some cases involving selected members of the jury, with a case able to be examined up to three times, each at different levels of court; a hierarchy of such courts allows for the decision of the higher court overruling the decision of the lower court regarding the case made earlier.
