The Tavsapari is the third garment in the Chatsmis K’anoni that was practiced by adherents to Maradisoba and is currenty used in tradition by the Second Order of K'vari. Unlike the other garments, the Tavsapari is only worn when inside a K'vari Assembly by K'vari Sheguardi, K'vari Vanguards, K'vari Warriors and K'vari Guardians. The Tavsapari is a garment that covers the user's head in a mask with a small slit for the snout to protrude, allowing the wearer to see. A Tavsapari will often replace a Tavsaburavi for all members when in an assembly with the exception of K'vari Councillors and the K'vari Sabaphos Mepe.

The Tavsapari was not a concept until after the Era of the Codex and the introduction of both the Second Generational Enchidiron and The New Codex. The mandating of a Tavsapari within the grounds of an Assembly was used to show the wearer was ritually pure. It was considered impure of an Akannus, especially a K'vari Severibi, to enter an assembly without a Tavsapari. Women were permitted to wear a Sruli Tavsapari
