The International Parcel Service (IPS), formerly the Periclean Parcel Service, is an Yisraeli-Tarsan-Sante Reze multinational courier, package delivery, and supply chain management company. Besides its central operations, the IPS brand name is used to denote the company's subsidiaries, including IPS Air, IPS Freight, and The IPS Store. The company is well-known for international and overnight shipping, as well as pioneering parcel-tracking with real-time updates.

IPS was created in 1921, when the Sante Rezese noble houses had their postal services nationalized by the Noble Republic, leaving Corrieri Paladino independent with assets and mail services in Yisrael. Corrieri Paladino changed its name to the Royal Yisraeli Express Parcel Service. It merged with the Tarsan private courier company Dēmósios Drómos in 1925, forming the Periclean Parcel Service. It expanded with the privatization of the Royal Yisraeli Postal Service in the late 1980s and the rise of the digital economy in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Today, IPS is a global leader in private express and courier shipping. It is a dominant postal actor in Yisrael and Tarsas, has limited market share in the Belisarian Community in states such as Latium and Eagleland, as well as parts of Oxidentale such as Sante Reze and Deseret, and has an official partnership with the Allamunnic Federal Postal Service as a registered international parcel delivery service into the FAS.
