The Association of Euclean States is a geopolitical organisation, with five full members and one partner across the continent of Euclea. It is formed to guarantee sovereignty and stability for its members through various agreements. These include mutual defence, free trade, research cooperation, infrastructure projects (e.g. cross-border high-speed rail), and intelligence sharing. Vredlandia, a partner, is party only to the free trade and research cooperation components. It was founded in 1940, shortly after the Great War, a broadly authoritarian response to the liberal democratic project of the United Nations of Euclea (supported by the Federation of Asteria), which became the Euclean Community.
