Awarding and eligibility

The Silver Wing can be award more than once to the same recipient. If an individual receives more than one Silver Wing then the ribbon would display the appropriate amount of Rosetón devices.

Qualifying conflicts and periods

The Silver Wings award can only be issued during a declared war or emergency.
