Awarding and eligibility
The Armed Forces Excellence Award can be awarded during both peacetime as well as during a declared conflict or emergency.
The Armed Forces Excellence Award can be award more than once to the same recipient. If an individual receives more than one Armed Forces Excellence Award then the ribbon would display a Rosetón device.
