The Emmiria National Football Team, known by fans domestically and international as the Spring Lions, represents Emmiria in international men's soccer. The team is controlled by the governing body for soccer in Emmiria, Football Federation Emmiria, which is currently a member of the Adula Football Confederation (AFC) and the regional EAFF. The team has reached the finals in the World Cup on three occassions, performing best in 2011 when they lost to Quetana's national football team 6-5. Emmiria has also hosted the World Cup once in 2017 in Rhaga. The team's home stadium is El-Salloum Stadium in Rhaga.
