Mediacentre, trading as Mediacentre N.V., is a Henno-Kesselbourgish multinational mass media company, headquartered in Zilverzee, Hennehouwe with another corporate centre in Kesselbourg City, Kesselbourg. It has operations in Hennehouwe, Kesselbourg and TBA. Mediacentre is one of the largest media companies in Euclea, owning a wide range of television channels, radio stations, newspapers, magazines and streaming services across a number of countries.
Its operations include the Hennish ATV television network; radio stations Beat, 101 Radio and TalkFM; newspapers Courant, Nationaal Dagblad and Kesselbourg's Te Staatsvinger; and streaming service ATV+. In recent years, Mediacentre has expanded its operations into other countries, including TBA following the purchase of X in 20XX. Mediacentre holds a plurality market share in the television, radio and daily newspaper markets in both Hennehouwe and Kesselbourg, with recent high-profile buyouts of smaller media companies fuelling concerns over the concentration of media ownership in both countries.
The company was formed in 2006 following a merger of Exel Media, owned by the Henno-Kesselbourgish Exel family, and ATV Groep. The Exel conglomerate maintains a 36.1% controlling stake in the company. It is listed on both the s'Holle Stock Exchange and Kesselbourg Stock Exchange.
