Yeomna is a low-observable, subsonic anti-ship missile derived from the HXM missile family. It was developed in Hanhae for use by the Hanhaean Air Force as well as the Republic of Dayashina Air Force. Yeomna was the culmination of research conducted by Jangsu Aerospace on long-range, low-observable, high-autonomy cruise missiles and adapted for missile tenders within Hanhae and Dayashina. It was the first of its kind to make the rounds in the eastern defence markets, with Jangsu Aerospace proving to be a few years ahead of competing domestic and Dayashinese companies up until its final adoption by Hanhae in 2008.
As well in 2008, Dayashina resolved to purchase Yeomna, with partial manufacturing rights transferred to Masaoka Group (MkG). Dayashinese government requirements for their LO subsonic AShM tender entailed immediate access to sovereign production lines and rights to manufacturing as well as intellectual property in the case of a foreign purchase, which only Jangsu Aerospace was willing and capable of providing. Equivalent munitions designed by Hallia's Nilsia such as LRASM, were turned away due to complications in this matter leading to failed negotiations. Subsequently, Yeomna was slowly adopted by Dayashinese Association countries, with Jangsu Aerospace opening a production plant in Sundan as well as a joint production plant with MkG in Shijuku. It is also fitted onto the Gwangsindo-class frigates of Tawantinsuyu and the Yakaze-class destroyers of Themiclesia.
