Tiffa Langenscheidt (20 June 1967) is a retired Jutlandish officer who served during the Post-War of Lorican Aggression Crisis under Task Force 131.
Tiffa is the daughter of a Jutlandish noble family. As a child, Tiffa was often restricted from playing with outsiders as his father believes that they will bring her more harm than good. As a result, Tiffa had a poor socialisation skills. Her cheerfulness was attributed to her mother, who was more supportive of her daughter. Tiffa left her home at the age of 16 when she refused to be betrothed to a Gimilian upper class mate with a snobbish personality. She was taken in by a landlady of an orphanage who took her in as her assistant. Her exposure to military life came because her landlady's husband had been a Colonel in the Jutland-Gimlian Army. Looking for a better paying work, Tiffa accepted the job to enlist in the army as member of the ATS. Her duty has been mostly to oversee the mess hall. She was later transferred to Fort Daidoji Kitagawa to act as the head of the mess hall in 1988. She was the subject of many love letters and admirers for her beauty. She later caught the eye of Alexander Sugiyama, who was one of Tiffa's biggest admirers and the only man to actually put up an effort to woo her. The two began a relationship and were married in 1991. She bore 3 children with Alexander.
Tiffa left the army in 1995 to raise their children. Later, she worked at the Sugiyama family's teashop in Chelsea, Insomnia owned by EWII veteran Tsukuyo Kushineda.
