Sandria Van Gogh (5 May 1965) is a Gallian businesswoman and retired Gallian officer who currently runs a branch of the Sugiyama family teashop in Gallia-Bruhl.

Sandria is both to a merchant father and a house maid in Anthold. She is often seeking adventure in whenever she goes. She found her calling in business and aims to one day open her own business. She later enlisted in the Gallian Army for the purpose seeking other opportunities apart from business. She was assigned to Task Force 131 and it was here where she learns the habit of selling her munitions to her squadmates for a price, much to the annoyance of her squad leader, Alexandra Tanaka.

Sandria would not stay single for long after she laid her eyes on Frank John Sugiyama, who was also business-minded as she was. The two became particularly close and began dating. Although Sandria would sometimes tease Frank, she never forgets to be thankful for Frank's lessons about business. The two were married in 1989, in which they would have 3 children.

Upon hearing the news that Frank's grandmother, EWII veteran Tsukuyo Kushienda plans to open a tea shop branch in Gallia, Sandria volunteered to run the tea shop, which the former granted. The tea shop opened in 1995 following her honourable discharge from the army. She currently runs the tea shop with her 2 daughters. Her son, Jacob Sugiyama is an active officer working for Pavlov & Craig.
