The 2019 Earth Humans special election was a special election held to determine the Acting Congress, Acting Vice President, and Acting President. The election was held on Thursday, January 17, 2019. Other elections held included local and state elections.

Michael Saunders ran unopposed and won the election with 54,456,233 votes. Saunders running mate is Aubrey Watts, both of whom were sworn in January 21, 2019, along with E.H. Senators and Representatives.
