The President of Earth Humans is the Head of State and Head of Government of the United States of Earth Humans. The president directs the executive branch of the federal government and is the commander-in-chief of the Earth Humans Armed Forces.

Article II of the Constitution establishes the executive branch of the federal government. It vests the executive power of the Earth Humans in the president. The power includes the execution and enforcement of federal law, alongside the responsibility of appointing federal executive, diplomatic, regulatory and judicial officers, and concluding treaties with foreign powers with the advice and consent of the Senate. The president is further empowered to grant federal pardons and reprieves, and to convene and adjourn either or bother houses of Congress. The president also has the power to sign or veto federal legislation.

Michael Saunders (L-ND) was elected on January 17, 2019, to become the Acting President from January 21, 2019, through January 21, 2020. The Acting President's purpose is to help establish the federal government before the citizens vote on November 7, 2019, to elect the first President of the USEH. The role and duties of the Acting President shall be exactly the same as if he were President. The Acting President will not be known as the first president but rather an interim. His Acting Vice President is Aubrey Watts (L-WL)
