Xhipei (Щипеи) is a district in Namor that borders West Namor to the north, Southern Namor to the east, Minjian to the south, Katranjiev to the southwest and Luziyca to the northwest. The capital of Xhipei is Xhishin.
Xhipei contains seven prefectures, one prefecture-level city and one autonomous prefecture (Changlong).
