Melkolm Jørn Højkirke (born March 11, 1977; aged 44) is a Scovernois politician who is currently serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the current Nesby II government since 2021. He has also served as the leader of the Radicals since 2015. He identifies as a social liberal and a "measured progressive", especially in LGBT rights.

Højkirke is gay, and married spouse Ivar Winther, who is a vintage wine collector, in 2016.
