Elizabeth Magbaredge-Kitagawa (14 November 2018) is a Lucian officer currently serving in the Lucis Army as part of Task Force 141 as part of Detachment K. She is known in her unit for sharing a strong striking resemblance to her surrogate mother, Darzana Magbaredge to the point that often times, they are thought of being twins rather than mother and daughter. Darzana kept Elizabeth a secret for nearly 20 years until in 2039, when she revealed that she had a daughter.
Much like her mother, she inherited her skills in battle, being mentored and trained by her. She is efficient in strategies and tactics, hence she became a Lieutenant at the age of 24.
Early Life
Elizabeth was born in Darzana's hometown of Chelsea, Lucis. Elizabeth's birth was the result of Darzana agreeing to a surrogacy following the death of her comrades affecting her. Fearing she may be next, she decided to arrange such a plan. Hence, Elizabeth was born despite Darzana's lesbian stance. Her mother's sexuality did not affect her love for her. Elizabeth grew to be very close with her mother to the point that they often remove the term "surrogate" between them. Darzana would take her to Erebonia whenever she was called up to service and was under the care of TF 141 ATS member, Sharon Kruger whenever her mother wasn't around. Darzana bought a house to live in at Fort Daidoji in Leeves in order for Elizabeth to live her childhood the way she wants it. Hence, Elizabeth did not inherit her mother's Lucian accent and spoke with an Erebonian English accent.
She finished her studies in the Edmunton University of St. Nicholas before she studied college at the University of Western Erebonia. Following the Chalcedonic War, Elizabeth and her mother, along with her aunt, Kaoru Mizusaki returned to Lucis so Elizabeth can enlist in the Lucis Army.
Military Career
Elizabeth enlisted in 2038 as the Deseleni War was taking place. She would show herself to be a promising officer. As a result, her superiors would be pleased with her abilities such that they promoted her to a junior officer rank of Sergeant. Elizabeth would remain a secret from TF 141 until in 2039, when Darzana revealed that she actually had a surrogate daughter and that only she and Kaoru knew of it. Elizabeth first appeared before her mother's force mates later that year. The entire TF 141 were surprised and shocked to see Elizabeth for the first time, such that she shared a striking resemblance to her mother, as well as being a secret that Darzana kept for many years. Despite it, she was warmly welcomed and was assigned to Detachment K, where she showed her prowess.
Personal Life
Elizabeth, unlike her mother, is heterosexual. Hence she developed a relationship with Sergeant-Major Archibald L.K. Kitagawa. Like her mother, Elizabeth has a habit of engaging in perverted acts, hence she is a closet pervert. Despite it, Elizabeth has a strong sense of duty and much like her mother, as an officer, she prioritises her comrades safety. She is quick to act and is careful, but not overly so. She also retains a strict demeanour whenever she is in the field.
However, when not in duty, Elizabeth is a playful individual, often being looked up as the older sister of the force. Elizabeth is distinguishable from her mother with her absence of a mark on the left side of her lips.
Elizabeth would find Archibald to be an interesting individual. It wouldn't be too long before the two would be close and later on, became lovers. Elizabeth was described by Archibald as As beautiful as a garden of tulips. Elizabeth would find his personality, although a cold one, to be attractive. The two later married, making her the first woman in Task Force 141's new generation of recruits to be married. They would have 4 children later on.
