Joanna Lili Cassidy née Van de Berg (19 July 2003) is a Rhodeian officer currently serving in the Rhodeian Army under Task Force 141 as a member of the LRRG.

As the daughter of Prime Minister Thomas R. Van de Berg, Joanna was often kept out of danger by his father, hoping that she'd take up law school. Joanna would take up law school but eventually transferred to Chemical Engineering, frustrating her father. However, she would gain her freedom to choose if she did so well in her studies. She graduated with honours and later, enlisted in the Royal Rhodeian Army as a chemical instructor. She mostly found her work behind allied lines during the Chalcedonic War. Later, she was folded into Task Force 141 along with a handful of personnel from the Rhodeian and Basel-Ebelian Expeditionary Corps. Here, she found herself capable of creating explosives that were often needed by the LRRG. Her skills were noted such that Col. Yukio Kushineda V would take her under his wing.

Although Joanna has such skills, her passion was often seen towards that of caring for children and hoped to open an orphanage with her lover, Donald S. Cassidy II.
