The Forum for Luzephone and Esmeirophone Nations (Luzelese: Fórum das Nações Luzefonas e Esmeirôfonas; Esmeiran Foro de naciones de Luzefonas y Esmeirófonas), also known as the Paretophone Forum (Luzelese: Fórum Paretofona; Esmeiran Foro Paretofona), is an international organization and political association of Luzephone and Esmeirophone nations. The FNLE's goal is to create a "venue for dialogue between nations of Paretian, specifically Luzelese and Esmeiran, cultural and linguistic background." It includes Paretia, the Luzelese and Esmeiran homeland, as well as Ardesia, the AFR, Arbolada, Belmonte, and Rizealand, the latter having Paretian linguistic presence in the region of San Andreas. Montecara is an observer due to long Paretian cultural heritage and linguistic influence.
