Qrut the Heir (Shinasthana: 嗣乙, se-qrut; fl. 4th c. BCE) was a ruler of the city of Tsinh in the Early Archaic Period. He is venerated as the third member of the eighth sacramental generation in later practice. According to the Springs and Autumns of Six States, he began at least 6 sacramental cycles and is therefore credited with at least 4 regnal years. Like most other early Themiclesian rulers, his personal name is unknown. The paired ancestress in the canon of rulers is the the Younger Spirit Companion Met, and her personal name and title are also unknown.

He is preceded by Prang V and followed by Kerang the Great.
