The First Gleitzmann cabinet (Besmenian: Kabinett Gleitzmann I) was the federal government of the Federal Republic of Besmenia from 1972 to 1976. The cabinet was formed after the 1972 Besmenian federal election. It was led by Robert Gleitzmann. It was the first cabinet in which the Besmenian Republican Party was involved as a small coalition partner. This led to controversy both nationally and internationally.

After the 1976 Besmenian federal election, the BVP-BRP coalition was continued under Gleitzmann.
