The 4th (Royal Gallian) Infantry Division (Dutch: 4 (Koninklijke Gallische) Infanteriedivisie), is a regular army division of the Atmoran Army, was first created on 7 May 1806 under the Gallian Army till the Atmoran unification were it was folded under the Atmoran Army and was reorganised under the Lieseltanian Army structure.
