The 1991 Hverlandic presidential election took place to elect the President of Hverland for a 6-year term of office. Hverlandic presidential elections use instant-runoff voting, also known as ranked-choice voting. All candidates appear on the same ballot and there is no runoff.
The 1991 election saw participation from the Social Democratic Party, the Centre Party, and the Liberals.
Turnout
The eligible voting population of Hverland stood at 74,473 in 1991. A total of 55,855 people, or 75.0% of the voting-eligible population, cast their votes.
