South-east Leucen (Leucish: Sycoweycos Leucen), officially known as the Crown State of South-east Leucen, is a federal state located in the island of Leucen and the nation of the same name. It borders Paworys in the west, Terk in the south-east, South-west Leucen in the south-west, Ostria in the north-west, and the Midlands in the north. It has a population of 3.8 million, making it the 9th most populous state and the 14th-least-densely-populated. With an area of 24,314 km2, it is the 11th-largest state by area. The capital city is Charxyr, a highland city located within The Highlands. It has a population of 513,412 in an elevation of 812m. The state is largely defined by the potruding mountains of the Highlands, with its highest elevation point, Mount Kumsky, located just north of Charxyr. Most of the population lives downstream, near the River Cymon and the coastline, collectively called the Downlands, while the mountainous part where most of the lumber and mining industries are are called the Uplands.
