The Citizenry Uprising, (Hétumogerian: Állampolgári Felkelés) known also as the Hétumoger Civil War or the Blue Revolution was a one year and seven month long nation wide civil war that was fought between the Anti-Nemesség Blue Movement Party and the Nemesség government of the Second Noble Republic of Hétumoger until the signing of the Armistice of Nagymeno.

The Citizenry Uprising was the consequence of the then Elozor Nemesség XXXX dissolving the Nepkormany, the mixed Polsarag-Nemesseg wing of government, thereby returning to a centralized state where the control was rested to the Parliament. The Blue Movement Party had at that point become the largest opposition party against Pro-Nemesség parties, leading to the Blue Movement Party to speculate
