Inizatun k’Rossi, colloquially known as IkR, is a multinational conglomerate headquartered in Sante Reze and is the primary company of House k'Rossi. Internationally, it is known for its history of philanthropy, running several charities under its umbrella, as well as its investment in the universal housing solutions in Sante Reze. In spite of this, it is also known for its vast assets. Inizatun k’Rossi developed many systems for public transit. It pioneered the use of raised rail systems built on top of apartment blocks, which are now a common sight in lower and no income neighborhoods throughout the country.

IkR owns several of the largest farms and fisheries in Sante Reze, producing a sizeable percentage of the country's internal food supplies. The reputation as a result of this, its transit solutions, and its housing investments have painted the conglomerate with two extremes: one of great investment in human life and progress on one side, and potentially ruthless control of Rezese citizens on the other through its strong grip over internal logistics.
