High King/Queen
The monarch of Atmora who is titled as High King or Queen of Atmora, holds the permanent presidency of the Confederation (Presidium der Statenbond) as constitutional monarch. The monarch of Lieseltania holds the presidency as primus inter pares amongst the Federal princes. Upon the death or abdication of the High King/Queen, the Grand Council of Rulers convenes on the accession of the new King/Queen of Lieseltania to reassert the Lieseltanian monarch's accession to the presidency.
