Tsiklauri Onkelos was an Akanovan Metsnieri and K'vari Councillor, serving as the Metsnieri of the Order and as the Grand Metsnieri of the Metsneris Sakhli during Melchizedeks Sakhli. Tsiklauri was noted for being one of the many proponents for the Maradisoba Generation Change. Tsiklauri was initially appointed as a Sentinel Justiciar on the Council of Sentinels, but was afterwards appointed to the Sakhli by Grand Metsnsieri Melchizedek after the end of the Amilakhvari Council, where he retired. He was afterwards elected to take the position of Metsnieri of the Order after Melchizedek's death.

Tsiklauri was born as the son of a family of cheesemakers who sold to Akannite noble families. After joining the Order of K'vari, Tsiklauri rose to the rank of a K'vari Guardian. Tsiklauri spent the majority of his time studying law and theology, notably and Tsiklauri time at within Elena Amilakhvari's court was meddling, as he spent much of his time disagreeing with neutralist interpretations of the law furthered by his peer Noi Abamelik. Tsiklauri also disagreed with Teimuraz Gabunia, particularily on the idea that the ideas portrayed within Imedio Honour also apply to Council of Sentinels, the Societal Preservation Assembly or the Metsnieri Sakhli.
