The Colonial Vote of Calagains was a Akannite Colonial Vote on the Akannite Confederation Divisions held on Seregath 5th 10 A.C. after the scheduled end of the Provisional Congress of Calagains and the Removal of Simon Shevardnadze from the Vardoni College of High Scholars. The candidates were parties and leaders set up within the Colonial Council of Calagains and appointed by the Three Akannite Systems. The three candidates were Akanovan Tarichan Sosona, Akaniti Onkelos Davit and Akaniti Diasamidze Tsiklauri. Each representative was considered to be appointed the hypothetical "governership" of their divisions after the Colonial Vote's conclusion.

Initially within the Akanovan Interest Committee, K'vari Guardian Arziani Sidamon was replaced by Tarichan Sosona, but was followed by serious debate between the Akanovan Federal Territories and the Levanite Sabaphos concerning the total replacement. The Second Order itself was divided on the issue, but under the command of Levan Meshki, the entire Interest Committee and its role in power would be handed over to the Federal Territories.

The Colonial Vote of Calagains was dominated by several different issues, specifically Free Trading, Free Armament, Free Farming and Free Mining. Issues such as the Calagainian Refugee Crisis were also critical to the vote. Urban areas, notably Ozuriani and Arshusha City were entirely opposed to the idea of Free Trade, while rural areas were in favor of Free trading. Most notably the passing of the Ozuriani-Arshusha Trade Agreement with the help of the Akanovan Interest Committee. Attitudes displayed by runners over the Revolt of Southern Lesath had also played into the overall atmosphere of the vote.

The Akanuul Associates of the Society won landslide victories within New Gali, Myssera, Benresa and The Mysradic, gaining total control over those areas. The Akaniti United Congress of Calagains won victories in Midgash, Lorhash, Krisoff, and Samage, with Samage being the closest in contention with the Akanuul Associates of the Society. The Akanovan Interest Committee won victories in Arshusha City and Ozuriani, giving them effective control over the most developed and most populated areas.
